  • Staying at the stage of being busy is not a problem but if it is too much, it could lead yourself to stress and aside from it stressful experiences could also lead to  depression.


2. Regular Exercise is NEEDED!

  • To prevent Depression, you need to exercise regularly. Exercise serves as an antidepressant and may act like an antidote to your stress body and mind.
3. Take Good Care of Your HEALTH!

  • Be aware of your both mental and physical health because the mind and body play a role in depression. 
4. Do not Blame Your Self!
  • If you are prone to depression, you may criticize yourself for making a wrong step or decision. You must learn to accept that you cannot change a certain thing that happened before but you must focus on those things that may happen in the future. 
5. Proper Diet!
  • Proper diet and exercise have a similarity when it comes to maintaining your mental and physical health. Avoid alcohol and minimize the use  caffeine is also helpful.
